Team building sessions designed to increase motivation, promote vitality, increase workplace productivity, improve morale, and release unhealthy & unwanted stress. From zen meditations to movement based practices such as strength training, pilates, yoga and breath work. These classes will provide your employees with the necessary tools they need to manage stress and to improve mental clarity in & out of the work space.

Duration: Class duration can range from 60-90 minutes to 2-3 hours. The idea is to have a program with recurring daily/weekly/monthly sessions but we can also plan a one time only wellness session.

Location: Classes can be performed before, after work or even mid day to break from a hectic morning and boost the energy for an effective afternoon. These sessions can be held in the office or virtually.

All sessions are curated according to your teams needs and goals.
